HATHA YOGA WITH KLARA
A 100 HOUR TEACHER TRAINING
WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO DO A HATHA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING?
Hatha Yoga, often referred to as the foundation of all modern yoga styles, is a practice deeply rooted in tradition. At its core, Hatha Yoga is about cultivating balance: within the body, the mind, and life itself. While many contemporary yoga practices fall under the umbrella of Hatha Yoga, this training is a rare opportunity to reconnect with its authentic roots and rediscover the profound teachings that are often overlooked and rarely taught.
This 100 hour training honours the ancient lineage of Hatha Yoga, offering you a chance to immerse yourself in its timeless practices.
You'll learn techniques designed to purify the body from the inside out, as well as a unique and powerful asana sequence that embodies the essence of this tradition. Beyond the physical postures, you'll explore the subtle body, delving into the emotional, pranic (breath and energy), and energetic layers that are integral to Hatha Yoga's transformative power.
What sets this training apart is its depth and authenticity.
Klara is passing on her knowledge the way she learned it from her teachers and she teaches this course exactly as she used to teach it in India and on top of that you get references to the more modern sciences rooted in trauma research, neuroscience and Tantra as those are Klara's most recent areas of studies.
What will you learn?
- Yogic purification techniques
- Bandhas or energy locks
- Asana sequence (a set of poses in a certain order, with detailed information about each pose - cues, modifications, benefits and contraindications)
- physical adjustments
- Pranayama (breathing techniques that are simple yet powerful)
- Energy body and chakras - theory in depth and practical understanding
- Nervous system - how to weave the modern neuroscience studies with traditional Yoga
- Importance of embodiment in modern world
- Refresher of some topics from Yogic philosophy
- Chanting
- Meditation and visualisation
- Ayurveda (expect a guest teacher who is experienced in the science of Ayurveda)
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Through a blend of experiential learning and embodied practice, you'll gain a profound understanding of the teachings, not just from books or theory, but from your own lived experience.
This is yoga as it was meant to be: a holistic, life-changing practice that has stood the test of time.
Modern research has confirmed what yogis have known for centuries: the body stores tension, stress, and trauma. While many yoga teachers are aware of this, Hatha Yoga offers a comprehensive methodology that has been addressing these challenges for generations. This training equips you with tools that are both ancient and relevant, providing a thorough and nuanced approach to healing and transformation.
Whether you're looking to deepen your personal practice or enhance your teaching repertoire, this 100 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training is a valuable addition to your journey. It's more than a course, it's an invitation to step into the rich tradition of Hatha Yoga and carry its wisdom forward.
Having completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training is required for your enrolment.
Klara’s Teaching Philosophy
Klara believes that what makes a teacher truly exceptional is their embodied understanding of the teachings. Yoga is not about knowledge gained from books or the number of teacher trainings completed. it’s about the transmission of lived experience. It’s the teacher’s embodied experience that creates a connection and inspires transformation in their students.
This belief is at the heart of Klara’s teacher training. The program is designed to provide a deeply transformational experience, ensuring that participants not only learn the teachings but also live them. Whether you’re looking to teach Hatha Yoga or simply deepen your personal practice, this training will equip you with tools that stay with you for life, helping you cultivate balance and harmony.

MORE ABOUT Klara HERSELF
Klara has been teaching various styles of yoga since 2014, but it is traditional Hatha Yoga that holds a special place in her heart and it is this style of Yoga which she keeps teaching and she would like to see more teachers sharing this tradition.
Her deep love and respect for Hatha Yoga stem not only from her own personal journey but also (and mainly) from the countless stories of growth, healing and transformation she has observed in her students over the years. The feedback she gets from her students over and over is simply mind-blowing!
To Klara, Hatha Yoga is more than a practice. It’s a comprehensive methodology filled with tools that can be embodied in daily life. Her teaching journey has taken her from leading Hatha Yoga teacher training courses in India to offering open classes, immersive workshops, and extensive Hatha Yoga courses and Teacher trainings in Iceland. Klara is passionate about passing on the knowledge and wisdom she has gained from her teachers, with the hope of seeing more qualified yoga teachers carry this tradition forward.
Klara’s professional studies in body, mind, and spirit began in 2007 and have been ongoing ever since. Her education spans bodywork, yoga, emotional anatomy, and, most recently, coaching rooted in neuroscience and Tantra. These diverse studies naturally weave into her teaching, enriching her classes with a holistic and deeply informed perspective.
