DEEPER YOGA WITH NEDA
A 40-hour deep-dive designed for anyone who wants more from their practice:
more understanding, more embodiment, more connection.
This 40 hour deep-dive into yoga is open to practitioners of all levels, this program weaves together yogic philosophy, breathwork, meditation, and alignment-driven asana to help you build a practice that is steady, skillful, and deeply embodied.
It is for anyone that wants more from their practice: more understanding, more embodiment, more connection. The deep-dive will be split into two parts. One: Wednesday practices where participants get to experience the practice in their own bodies; and two: weekend lectures and exercises that will cover both topics and practices designed to draw you deeper within.
Deeper Yoga with Neda will run from the 28th of January to 15th of March, starting with orientation on the first Wednesday. The Wednesday yoga classes will take place every week and the weekend lectures will take place on alternating Saturdays and Sundays covering both theory and practice.
This training is for anyone ready to deepen their relationship to yoga through study, practice, and community —
a chance to build a practice that is refined, grounded, and deeply your own.
The training will take place over four weekends and include weekly classes
The classes will take place on Wednesdays from 19:00 to 21:00 and run from the 28th of January to the 11th of March.

How do the weekends work? Each weekend session begins with the introduction of a philosophical concept, followed by guided pranayama and meditation that you’ll be invited to continue cultivating at home.
We then move into a 2.5-hour asana practice focused on a specific category of poses — standing poses, arm balances, backbends, or forward folds & twists — approached through the lens of functional anatomy, biomechanics, and alignment-based principles.
After lunch, we slow down for reflection through discussion, journaling, contemplation, and small-group conversations that support integration and community building.
How do the yoga classes work? Midweek sessions offer a chance to sharpen the work in the week’s pose category and explore the details more deeply.
