CLASSES FOR EVERYONE

YOGA NIDRA

Deep relaxation that calms the body and mind, for all abilities.


In Yoga Nidra, practitioners lie on comfortable, soft mattresses and are guided through a journey in the mind. Yoga Nidra works on the fatigue of the body in an amazing way.


ASHTANGA YOGA

Led, half first series in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.


The season is structured around a routine that is always the same as going through parts of the first series. Challenging flow taught in mild heat.


YIN/RESTORATIVE YOGA

Slow and gentle classes for all abilities. Practitioners slowly flow through postures held for 3-5 minutes.


During a class, you'll learn to let go, breathe deeply and release the body's tension. An exercise that nourishes connective tissue, joints of the body and calms the mind at the same time.


HATHA YOGA

In Hatha Yoga, a teacher guides the practitioner through different postures (asana) and breathing exercises (pranayama).


Hatha Yoga is a challenging class for seasoned practitioners, but also for those who are less experienced and want to step out of their comfort zone. Body positions are held longer than in Yoga flow and Asthanga Yoga classes.

MORNING YOGA

Powerful, fun and creative Yoga flow at 07:00-08:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays every week. A great way to start the day.


Practitioners are led through a creative routine of postures where the instructor offers different levels of difficulty. Infrared heat (35-37°c) in the hall allows practitioners to go deeper into positions.

YOGA FLOW (VINYASA)

A variety of classes in a warm room, suitable for all ability levels.

FASCIA YOGA

Very slow classes, suitable for all ability levels.


In the classes, emphasis is placed on loosening the connective tissue (e. fascia). Fluid and soft movements in sync with breathing have the effect that the body softens and its flexibility increases with increased mobility.


YOGA NIDRA FOR WOMEN

(TAUGHT IN ICELANDIC)

"Kyrrðar jóga" is an all womens class. A practice that calms the body and mind. For all abilities.


The class leads into Yoga Nidra, which allows practitioners to achieve deep relaxation while the teacher guides them through a journey in the mind. Perfect time that works on fatigue.


YOGA THERAPY

(TAUGHT IN ENGLISH)

Calm, nurturing sessions that help practitioners form a bridge between body and mind. For all abilities.


Each class is unique, but the attention is often directed to a specific area of the body that the teacher emphasizes and guides the practitioner through breathing and movement to achieve an opening.
