Mayan Cacao Ceremony

Join us for a Mayan Cacao Ceremony a sacred night in the Yoga Shala Studio, where we will gather in circle to share the ancient Mayan medicine of cacao. The event will be guided by Nana Marina and her Mayan family and take place on Tuesday 7th of October at 7pm. 

Marina and the family will guide us in accordance to the Mayan tradition. We will open our hearts, connect to the spirit of cacao, and journey together through prayer, music, and sharing.

This ceremony is an invitation to:

The evening will flow with cacao, guided ritual, moments of silence, and space for sharing. All are welcome — whether this is your first time or you are returning to the circle.
