Yoga Shala Reykjavík kynnir frábært 50 – 200 klst. YIN FASCIAL YOGA kennaranám með hinni reynslumiklu Betu Lisboa. Námið er viðurkennt YACEP nám og skiptist í fjóra hluta þar sem hver hluti er 50 klst. (samtals 200 klst. nám ef allir hlutar námsins eru teknir). Hægt er að taka staka 50 klst. hluta (module) sem og námið í heild.

MODULE 4 - 50 KLST. YIN FASCIAL YOGA
Yoga Shala Reykjavík kynnir næsta og jafnframt síðasta hluta í Yin Fascial Yoga kennaranámi með Betu Lisboa. Þessi 50 klst. hluti 4 ber nafnið “Trauma Informed Mindfulness”. Hluta 4 má taka stakan eða sem hluta af 200 klst. kennaranámi Betu Lisboa. Kennslan fer fram með lifandi streymi á netinu dagana 13. til 17. október.
50 klst. Yin Fasial Yoga - Trauma Informed Yoga & Mindfulness Module
Þetta er síðasti hlutinn (e. module) af 200 klst. DSYFY kennaranámi Betu Lisboa, þar sem hún fer yfir verkfæri til að heila áföll með nálgun núvitundar, fimm þátta líffærakerfinu og yoga til að annarsvegar styðja við og styrkja iðkandann og hinsvegar kennarann í að halda rými fyrir iðkenndur sem eru næmir fyrir áföllum.
Þetta nám er sérstaklega hannað fyrir þá sem hafa áhuga á að deila núvitund og Yin Yoga með áherslu á áföll, ásamt því að bjóða uppá verkfæri til að efla sig sjálfan og iðkenndur. Sómatísk (líkamleg) upplifun verður fléttuð inní námið og myndar grunn að þessum hluta.
Námið fer á ensku með lifandi streymi þar sem Beta Lisboa deilir sinni visku og þekkingu með okkur á skjánum. Þú getur því stundað námið hvar sem þér hentar.
Beta Lisboa býður uppá 200 klst. Dynamic Spiral Yin Fasical Yoga kennaranám. Náminu skiptir hún upp í fjóra staka hluta sem hægt er að taka hvern fyrir sig (50 klst hver) eða alla saman og útskrifast þá úr viðurkenndu 200 klst. DSYFY kennaranámi. Þessi hluti 4 er síðasti 50 klst. hlutinn í náminu og einnig síðasti lifandi streymdi hlutinn. Hlutar 1 til 3 í náminu eru kenndir með video upptökum.
Hluti 4 – Trauma Informed Yoga & Mindfulness Module fer fram dagana 13. - 17. október. Þeir sem ekki komast á þeim tímum sem lifandi kennsla fer fram geta horft á upptökur samdægurs eða daginn eftir af kennslustundinni.
Nemendur fá aðgang að læstu vefsvæði þar sem allt kennsluefni verður aðgengilegt að kennslu lokinni í ótakmarkaðan tíma (þar á meðal kennslustundir sem eru teknar upp og verða aðgengilegar daginn eftir kennslu). Nemendur fá því tækifæri á að rifa upp námið og fróðleikinn hvenær sem þau vilja. Virkilega vandað nám og vandað vefumhverfi.
Námið samanstendur af:
- 25 klst. Lifandi streymdri kennslu með zoom, skipt upp í 5 klukkustundir daglega í 5 daga.
- 7,5 klst. af fyrirfram teknum videoum með Yin Fascial Yoga stöðum og hugleiðslum
- 7,5 klst. af fyrirfram teknum videoum um 5 þátta líffærakerfið ásamt hugleiðslum
- 10 klst. sjálfsvinnu tími sem samanstendur af lestri, heimvainnu, sjálfs iðkunn, byggja upp kennslu ofl.
Kennsla fer fram með lifandi streymi dagana 13. - 17. október á eftirfarandi tímum:
kl. 8:00 – 10:30 – fyrri kennslustund
kl. 10:30 – 12:00 hlé
kl. 12:00 – 14:30 – seinni kennslustund

Trauma Informed Yoga & Mindfulness Module
This is one of the four modules from the entire 200-hour DSYFY certification program, an exploration through Trauma healing techniques applied to Mindfulness, 5 Elements Organ system and Yoga to support practitioners and teachers in holding space for trauma sensitive practitioners. This course is specifically designed for those who are interested in sharing mindfulness and Yin Yoga with a trauma informed focus, offering the tools to empower oneself and their participants. Combining Somatic Experiencing as the foundation of this module.
What Are You Learning From This Program
• Yin Fascial Yoga lectures, practices and working knowledge of how trauma impacts the mind and body using mindfulness and Somatic Experiencing techniques to support trauma sensitive practitioners.

It consists of
• 25 hours of contact live in a Zoom room, divided by 5 hours per day for 5 days
• 7.5 hours of pre-recorded videos of Yin Fascial Yoga sequences with mediations
• 7.5 hours of pre-recorded videos on 5 elements organ system with meditations
• 10 non- contact hours for personal studies (reading, home work, self-practice, lesson plans build up and teaching practices). This non-contact hours will be subject of a teachers report with feedback.
Live sessions on Zoom
• Daily 2 sessions of 2.5 hour live on Zoom making the total of 5 hours live per day.
• There will be a 5 minutes break inside each session
• Each day is divided between practice and lectures for the breakdown of the practice
• For each 2.5 hour live session there will be a one and half hour recorded video to supplement your practice and lectures.
All live sessions will be recorded and available afterwards - this training will be accessible for you for unlimited time!
The online materials will remain unlimited available for you afterwards to review and train!

About Beta Lisboa
Beta’s spiritual life purpose began at a very tender age. Inspired by her roots in Brazil, the country she was born, Beta was brought up surrounded by Luso, Afro and Brazilian rituals and worships, all inspired by the spirit of the land, the vibrant tropical nature of the country and its rich History. Beta as a young girl had the perfect constellation to be raised as a spiritual person.
With 9 years old she was connected to her altar, which was full of angels and other shiny beings. Being only 13, Beta started to connect to Allan Kardec’s spiritism and began to understand the cycle of karma and rebirth. Not very long after, a very close family member would introduce her to Osho’s work. «Reading the book of Osho got me intrigued, it was like a whole new Universe opened up to me». The path was set and yoga and meditation came right after and so life took her to India to practice with the biggest yoga Gurus of the contemporary times. After practicing at the recognized Iyengar´s Institute in Pune and in Mysore with Sri K. Pathabi Jois in Mysore, Beta understood the spiritual transformation through the physical mastery of the asanas. Travels took her to Tiruvannamalai, where she became absorbed by the Advaita Vedanta teachings of Ramana Maharshi and other great masters, such as Sri Mooji.
The complement between her South American roots and the Asian travel and studies gave Beta a global understanding about what today is the trend in the conscious world: the fusion of the ancient wisdom from East and West. Due to that Beta has the ability of understanding different worlds and cultures with its feelings and emotions making her healing method efficient, tender and deep.
A refined combination of Yin & Yang Yoga styles, Mindfulness, bodywork, Myofascial Release Therapy, contemporary anatomy studies, Trauma Release breath work, Somatic Experience, eastern and western holistic health perspectives and meditation, they all combine into a complete methodology and transformational tool of Dynamic Spiral and Yin Fascial Yoga.

ABOUT Co-Facilitator, Sai Calder
Sai has been studying and working with the body and its energy system, in relation to health, medicine, and spiritual practice for over 30 years.
His journey to self-discovery started at the young age of 13 when he as a teenager shared precious time with a Benedictine monk who taught philosophy and planted the seeds for spiritual practice in Sai. At 17 his star connected him with a Daoist master, 'Master Choy' who introduced him to the principles and techniques of the philosophy and practices. Traveling for the first time to India in 1996, he would dive into the Qigong, yoga, and Meditation world. Spending 20 years in India, Thailand, Bali, and Malasia, Studying with many teachers in many different forms of Qigong, Yoga, and Meditation.
These encounters would align him at a very tender age with his dharma. «For as long as I can remember I was always watching and feeling the energy patterns of how life was working, of how people communicated to each other and themselves», says Sai. His studies evolved to learn Qigong, Dynamic Yoga, Yin FascialYoga, Meditation, Martial Arts, Functional Fascia Training, Chinese Medicine, Inner Wisdom Pathworking.
Sai's focus is to align all parts of who we are as human beings, physical, energetic, psychological, emotional, and spiritual into a unified whole. From Daoist understanding, is the path of the heart, which allows us to become the Truth of who we are in this lifetime.
In Sai´s words:

Það einblínir á rannsóknir og iðkun á hefðbundum Yin Yoga stöðum (asana) með ítarlegri áherslu á myofascial losunar aðferðir, sem gefa Yin Fascial Yoga sjónarhornið.

MODULE 2 ber nafnið SUBLTE ENERGY BODY MODULE
Í þessum hluta 2 er Chakra kerfið og Meridians kannað í þaula út frá náttúrulegri hringrás kvenna. Áhersla verður lögð á 5 frumulíffærakerfin í tengslum við innkirtlakerfi líkamans, tilfinningalegum og sálrænum þroska á Chakra og TCM meridian kerfunum og hvernig þessir þættir tengjast og stuðla saman að heilsusamlegri tíðarhring kvenna.
Námið er byggt upp til að auka skilning þátttakenda á því hvernig áföll (e. trauma) geymast í fasciunni með aðferðum Chakras og Meridian heilunarformunum.

MODULE 3 ber heitið DYNAMIC SPIRAL YOGA FOUNDATION – FASCIA FLUIDITY AWARENESS
This training is a solid foundation of the Dynamic Spiral Yoga system, which is a fascial focus movement fluidity yang practice awareness.
It offers a detailed breakdown and study of each of the elements that compose the movements which together will give form to the full dynamic spiral yoga practice foundation.
It offers an explorative doorway to enter of the new body mechanics of moving conditioning the fascial tissue into a complete multi - directional healthy network.
The method originates from the integration of the Ancient Wisdom of Qigong, and Yoga, and contemporary Conscious Spontaneous Movement, Gyrokinesis, Myofascial unwinding and Spiral Dynamics movement.
Dynamic Spiral yoga, focuses on the unwinding, release, strengthen, conditioning and healing the Myofascial tissue and how to take Yin energetic qualities into the Yang Dynamic fluid movements.
