
Stefán Atli Thoroddsen
A friend introduced me to Yoga in 2012. She told me about her practice and how it influenced her way of life. For the first time in my life I experienced moving meditation. I started my practice and never looked the other way.
For many years afterwards I only practiced Yoga by following routines that I found online. I was a YouTube yogi and most of the times I only did the same routine over and over again.
In 2021 I graduated from Yoga Shala Reykjavik's 200 hour teachers training and started to teach straight away on a regular basis. In 2021 I graduated from two teacher's training programs, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra. Both trainings have influenced my way of practicing and teaching Yoga.
