Winter is a sacred pause. With its arrival, the living world requests that all things begin to slow down and retreat. Winter comes as a remembrance to let go - a mirror of the cycle of death and rebirth. Winter is a time of inward reflection and offers us a space for deep and radical rest.

Taking a step back. Taking a step in. Our body is a living system, Co-dependent on the living systems that surround it. Alignment is an easy thing to lose in today's world and when the body goes out of alignment we see a domino effect begin. Clarity of mind and fulfillment of daily life seizes to coexist.

Our intention for this course is to offer those experiencing extreme or severe mental, physical, emotional or spiritual instability a safe container to come back into homeostasis (balance).

In this course you will learn valuable tools, techniques and insights to self heal, self soothe, self regulate, rewire and discover the emotional intelligence of the body. The body is a network. The mind is a muscle that can be trained.

In this 25 hour extended educational course through the Mystery school we are slowing down the pace and returning to simple yet effective practices to assist you in managing stress, anxiety, compromised immune systems, hormonal imbalances, emotional distress, seasonal or clinical depression, fatigue, brain fog, muscle stiffness or nerve spasms, insufficient sleep patterns and burnout.

The foundation of this course is rooted in yoga therapy, restorative and yin yoga traditions. A professionally assisted environment to come back into alignment with your needs and build a foundation of practices that fit for you and your body.

Throughout our 4 week journey our hope is you find a space to slow down and learn to trust the body once again, an opportunity to reclaim your physical connection to the body and sensory awareness, giving you tools to rebuild your self esteem, self worth and find acceptance with self. A chance to increase your knowledge and skills of ancient techniques and reconnect to the intelligence of the seasons, rhythms and the fundamental nature of cycles. We will discover how to break free from mental patterns and constructs whilst learning how to build new ones. Rediscovering how to nurture, rebalance, transmute and protect our energy.
