Klara will lead a specialised yoga therapy workshop about thriving, not only surviving. The course will be held two Wednesdays in a row, the 25th of January and the 1st of February, from 17:30 to 19:30.


Classes are designed to focus mainly on the vagus nerve or vagal nerves which are the main nerves of the parasympathetic nervous system. This system is absolutely necessary for thriving, healing, proper functioning ... 


The techniques you'll be learning are to help you regulate yourself when facing stress, triggers... knowing how to regulate the nervous system will have a positive effect on the digestive system, endocrine system (secretion of hormones ) and even heart rate and immune system.
