About the workshop
What if the pain in our body, whether physical, mental or a combination of both, could be the driving force for a greater purpose inside our lives? Pain is nothing more than a warning signal from our body to mind that it desperately seeks change. Today we have a thousand different ways to mask pain but no instruction on how to cure it. In this 4 day immersion we will discover the true hidden secrets behind our breathing and discovering our respiratory system through a Therapeutic, Vedic and Taoist Lense. Through Somatic Movement and Pranayama breathing exercises you will learn how to release your energy whilst learning how to harness it.

Karess has devoted the last 10 years to the traditions of Yoga based Sciences, studying the Psychology of the Human mind, the Science of the Human Heart, Emotional Anatomy and our connection to the natural world, whilst exploring the Science behind trauma and how experience affects the physiology of the Human body and our connection to everything.


Karess opened the Mystery School in January 2021.

Currently finishing Prenatal Yoga & IAYT Yoga Therapy

Iceland and India.
